64bit project crashing on VST play

Hi!

I have a project that is now crashing when i press play. To be more exact it play through empty play list, but crashes when it reaches a midi clip.
- Enabling Keyboard as keyboard, i can trigger samples, but as soon as i try to play a note in a vst, FL crashes.
- Project is mainly filled with 64bit plugins, largely Kontakt, Reaktor, Bazille, Massive. The only 32 bit plugs are the odd FX.
- When the playlist reaches some midi, the playhead jiggles back and forth, with the midi indicator either blue or green.

I managed to get the project to play by playing some empty space at the end of the track, changed the latency, and then play a section, but haven't been able to replicate the fix. I even saved the working file as a new project, but reloading it also doesn't work.

I also tried:
- Manually bridging Reaktor, Trillian.
- Disabling Smart Disable.
- Muting my tempo automation.
- Disabling all mixer track FX.
- Disabling IL Remote.
- Disabling all midi in and out.

On further testing i found a consistent way to get the project to play. I have to open the asio control panel and change driver latency, then toggle the Mix In Buffer Switch button (it doesn't matter if its off or on), in that order.
Just changing the latency, or the Mix in buffer switch, or changing mix in buffer first, still locks up FL on VST play.

I'm using a Focusrite Saffire Pro 24, and this issue is only affecting 1 project, starting a new 64 bit project works fine. Never had this issue with FL 32bit. I've attached one of the affected .flps.
