FL 11.5 Beta -> Slicing in Playlist Still Not Accurate

Hey perhaps someone can point me to what I'm doing wrong here.

If you zoom all the way in on a waveform in the playlist, select the slicing tool, and slice straight down at any particular point, the slice mark is usually off from where you actually intended the slice to be.
Was really hoping this would be addressed in the beta, and certainly hope it gets addressed in FL 12.

Am I doing something wrong here?
