Misplaced VST's.

I'm pretty sure I did something wrong, but when trying thee 3 different setups I found all my generators and all the effects in the generators folder and in the effects folder. Not any difference. May be the next bèta or 12 will make the difference?
Can I do something here? What do you think about this?
