Some missing important GUI issues on the BETA

Hi, FL studio is a very gread product! Very nice and powerfull GUI and kernel,
but some important issues are still missing on the BETA (of ver. 12) and will be very helpfull:

A) The close [X] button not exists on the Step sequencer differently from the other windows

B) The dragging windows method is not uniform, on the Piano roll window the title is not available for dragging because other functions,
Mybe its possible to add <--> icon for dragging like on the Step sequncer window.

C) It will be very helpfull to allow change (toggle) focused window by CTRL+TAB or somting else.

D) A normal tooltip is very required, or mybe at least the Hint bar can follow the mouse somehow.

Waiting for version 12!!!
