FL does not show folders in browser

Hi, I'm using the most recent mac beta for FL studio and it is letting me add folders to the browser via the setting menu, but it is only partially loading some of the lists which means I'm unable to access all of my samples, or even load some of my older projects correctly.
Is there any way to fix this? Preferably without losing all of my recorded and sliced sample data? I think it worked in the past.
