Is the public beta the same as the latest beta within some positive changes?
The question concerns to the projects which may be saved by newer version in this case public beta and could not be opened by the previous version which is stable and/or latest beta. Can we represent the stability of public beta within expiry time interval by this semi formula?
stability of public beta = stability of latest beta + instability of public beta changes
