Newly saved projects work fine.
Discovered a fix for it also, it's saved the location of Pitcher in the flp, to C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio 9.7 beta\Plugins\VST\Pitcher\Pitcher.dll; so by creating that folder it works to open it.

Pitcher Can Not be Found
Got older projects stating "The Pitcher Plugin can not be found."
Newly saved projects work fine.
