Question about 10.01 - patch or full installer?

During the demo process, there'd be update patchers that would fix certain bugs. I really enjoyed not having to pull down 200mb every time.

I have no doubt that 10.01 is coming out some time in the near future, to address the issues that have arisen over the 10.0 release. Can anyone at IL shed some light on whether this will take the form of a small, economical patch or a whopping great new installer? I would obviously prefer the former.
