I contacted UAD support and sent them all the files. This is their answer:

Our design team was able to reproduce this with *any* UAD plugin, not just the Fairchild.
It also does *NOT* happen in FL Studio 9 using their manual (it's like a 'ping') Plugin Delay Compensation.
This is most certainly a bug on Imagine Line's end in FL 10 (which is still a public beta, btw).
We'll report it to the Imagine Line developers.
