Error - Something went wrong loading the VST plugin Exciter

The place to discuss issues with the Public Beta release of FL Studio (when available).
Forum rules
From time to time we release a public beta version of FL Studio. This is to test up-coming features for future official release versions. PUBLIC BETAS EXPIRE in order to encourage you to come back and download the latest beta. Please take note of the expiry date and put it on your calendar/electronic reminder system. DO NOT rely on Public Betas for any time or project critical work.

IMPORTANT: When reporting a bug/crash, please attach AS MUCH INFORMATION as you can, and if possible, a TEST PROJECT as well as the steps to follow in order to reproduce the problem. A video of the problem happening would also greatly help. Bug reports will be processed much faster if you follow these rules, thank you.

I just started using the FLStudio beta (10.10.0).
And now I have a problem with a plugin called "Exciter" (from this site: BEST Exciter I have found so far!), which does not load in about 50% of the times, while it still works fine in FLStudio 10.0.9.
I know, that this is not an FLStudio bug. But it seems, the previous wrapper (of FLStudio 10.0.9) was more "tolerant" in that regard.

Maybe there is someone else, who uses this plugin, or maybe someone, who even knows a bit about VST and could guess, what the problem is (and how to fix it).
(There's also the source code on that site.)
Or maybe there's actually something not 100% "stable" in the new wrapper of the FLStudio beta.
