Simple electric bass

I know this sound is a bit far from epic, but could anyone create the electric bass that Madeon uses for a lot of his songs? It seems to be just a live-sounding electric bass, but I just wanted to know exactly what waveform and envelope shape you would use for this since there is a slight pluck to it...you can hear it best in the city at about 0:40, and then it gets really cut up at 0:55...Any suggestions/presets/help would be appreciated...And if it helps, I reckon he made it with Sytrus
