Request: Radio Imaging SFX

Hi guys,

Recently I came across a tutorial on creating radio imaging sfx, this is the link to the tutorial: http://music.tutsplus.com/tutorials/qui ... udio-19487

The tutorial however is based on reasons malstrom and uses specific oscillators for that synth of which I don't know how they sound.
In the tutorial there's a sample of what is made, i'm mostly interested in the kind of robotic sounding fx, starting 10 seconds into the sample.

Any idea on how to recreate those sounds using FL native synths or maybe with sylenth1, massive or z3ta+?
