Need help recreating Daniel Kandi sound.

Hey everyone, I'm working on making some songs from scratch and one of them is Promised by Daniel Kandi .
Being new to FL studio, I'm not very good with all the VSTs and even worse with the synthmakers. I was just wondering if you guys could give me some tips on how to recreate that arp sound heard from 0:14 to 0:28. Thanks a lot.
