How to reproduce this popular, basic-sounding synth?

Hi, I am new to the forums and i've been searching all over the producer edition of FL studio trying to anything remotely close to this particular type of synth i really like:

They might not even be the same synth, i'm not asking for an exact synth, just one with a similar sort of sound, and I'd rather not pay hundreds of dollars for an additional plugin when all i need is one synth sound.

It seems like a pretty basic sounding synth so i would have thought FL studio would have something like it but i haven't been able to find anything yet. And if it doesn't have a built in plugin for it then I'm happy to make my own but i'd need someone to explain how to go about doing it since i'm pretty new to the technology.
