Synth sound replication

everyone,

I've been curious about this synth sound, in the attached song. It starts at the very beginning, muffled at first, then getting brighter(Turning down the cutoff and resonance?)

I have a Microbrute, and it has a seqencer. Could you replicate this sound with a seqencer? or is it an arp?

Since I only have the one OSC, what waveform does this sound like? I'm learning towards a square wave.

And what would the filter settings be? Any LFO'S? Low pass? BP?
