How Does The FLM3 Plugin Deal With Mixer Channels/Patterns?

I'm a little confused as to how the FL Mobile Plugin works. On the reference here: https://www.image-line.com/support/flst ... mhelp.html, you get a sweet screenshot of FL Mobile beside the work being done in the Desktop version. From what I understand, is the Mobile plugin basically just a "background" pattern to be worked around in the Desktop version? Or is there some way to get the Playlist and Mixer to sync between the Mobile plugin and Desktop version?

If the mobile plugin is essentially just working as an individual pattern, my follow-up question is, how do I get mixer channels and patterns I'm working with in the Desktop version back to the Mobile version? I'm new to this so the documentation hasn't helped me much. For example, if I do something quick on my device in Mobile, sync to Desktop, and then want to replace the kick and assign it a mixer channel, is it possible to transfer all this information back to Mobile? The reference only really covers exporting MIDI tracks from Mobile to Desktop so I'm a bit lost here.
