W10m can't install (error 0x80070070)

Ever since I got the Creators Update and did a hard reset on my L650 I haven't been able to install the app.

It gets fully downloaded but at the install phase it fails out with the 0x80070070 error code.

Regular MS f**k or something wrong with the package?

Yeah I have a tad under 10 gbs of free space on...
