Asking for help? WE NEED DETAILS: problems will be addressed faster if you follow these suggestions:
  1. Specific information - a) FL Studio Mobile version number, b) What you are doing and what happens exactly, c) Step-by-step instructions how reproduce the problem.

  3. Did you read the manual? - In FL Studio Mobile tap - Help > Manual. See it here.
  4. Use English - Google Translate your post. Short simple sentences in your original language translate best. We are happy to work this way, no need to worry.

Support Request - FL Studio and Mobile

I am using android app version 3.1.64 on an android tablet (Galaxy Note) and when I click sync from the PC which uses mobile plugin version 3.1.69 it states 'sync failed!' and when I try from the android it freezes.

Also it says I have purchased the FX mobile plugin for the android app but I do not see this reflected in the web portal under my licenses.

The site administrator told me to follow the support links and post, thought I did that prior but just in case I misunderstood I followed the support links on the main site to get here.
