Transistor bass glide

Hi guys
Please have a look at the attached screenshot and mp3 of a piano roll.
Something like this should produce a nice glide but it doesn't.
I'm not sure what it does but you can hear a volume spike with the last note.
Velocity is set at default for all the notes.
