fls mobile 3.1.83 dosen't works on windows 10

I have update my laptop to windows 10, I have download fls mobile from Store but doesn't works, I can open only the splash screen.
With fls mobile 3.1.71 and windows 8.1 I got no issue.

what's happen? I have uninstall and try reset Store and Fls studio mobile but without result
