I actually noticed this bug in 0.9z (but didn't get a chance to test much) and carried to 1.4 beta with mostly all waves plugins.
If I drag say an H delay onto an insert slot, then move dry/wet knob then move the output knob they link together. Move another knob and linked as well. I have tried several waves plugins all doing similar behavior. Also fabfilter micro same behavior.
I managed to temporarily get it to work by completely deleting FL studio and its contents and reinstalling, but after a short while, bug was back.
This bug was not there in 0.9x or 0.9y build.
