issue: the "namepluging"could not be find

How is this possible?
Look, if they were from illegal sources i would understand but i own for example driver, and it could not be found.
same for camelphat.
the list so far is:

Devastor 1 and 2.
camelphat
driver
Reaktor
Valhallaroom (valhallaverb works strange enough)

and it is not an issue from the manufacturer because from native instruments for example replika works like a charm.

it seems to be that all plugins inside: drive-library-audio-plugins work and the plugins only in drive-username-library-audio-plugins doesn't.
But fl studio finds those also.

Hope you have enough info to look at it.
