New feature : Possibility to manage folders from the browser

As a user of fl studio
I would like to be able to move to top or down any kind of folders from the browser
1. Keep visible the mandatory folder of FL (Current project to Score) on top
2. Remove all folders not mandatory from the browser list (clipboard files, impulses etc….)
3. Add a button on top down to add extra folders directly from browser
4. All extra folders should be manage as the user wants (Move to top or down on the list)
