FL STUDIO IS NOT WORKING, THERE IS NO SOUND

i am very frustrated with what is happening,
i was making a beat and suddenly my fl studio crashes,
i start over fl studio and everything is out of place,
there is this song that keeps on popping every-time I open fl studio (its "knocked out") ,
nothing is working, the audio is not working,
when I press play, the volume is not working and the tracker is still,
please help me I am very worried,
