Set "Osc phase" to "retrigger"?

Hi,

where can it set the "osc phase" to "retrigger" in Harmor?

The initial bass part heard in "The Prodigy’s Everybody’s In The Place" can be recreated by detuning two square wave oscillators in opposing directions, being sure that oscillator phase is set to ‘retrigger’ to give a solid and consistent sound.
