Can someone help me with Gross Beat VST?

I have the Gross Beat VST demo and trying to get my midi keyboard to change the presets , I have an Open Labs Miko if that helps. I thought they were preset to C2 to follow. Is there a special way I need to insert or set up . I'm getting FX using the mouse ,but not by being triggered by my keyboard. I'm using Studio One DAW.
