I posted about this a while back, but found something else that may help track down the issue. (It still occurs after installing the latest version.) What I found out is that if I set my main controller to Generic Controller, the problem goes away completely and I'm able to program the 3 troublesome Grossbeat pads. (A.8, B.1, and B.2) However, as soon as I select the Hercules RMX as my controller, these three pads lose their midi CC assignment and I cannot assign them to what I want.
Here's a video of what happens when I have the RMX selected. Again with any other controller selected, everything works fine.
