Deckadance 1.9.1 Released!

Some minor issues I noticed yesterday, when bravely trying this for a while on a gig ...

Using Otus, I could not set cue points from the controller: is the 'set cue point' MIDI control somehow broken, same as shift+number from keyboard?

There is no context menu in the browser, fine and understandable: however, I have MIDI mapping for 'Browser Preview' and it seems that in addition to missing from browser view, this functionality itself is somehow lost. The MIDI control still exists in deckadance settings, it just doesn't do anything.

And regarding the browser view, it would be nice to have a MIDI command to
- add selected track from browser view to current playlist (don't know what should happen if you have music library open: maybe jump to the track in library?)
- to press the 'up in browser tree' button

With these two additions + fixing browser preview, I could create playlists from song browser without touching keyboard at all: right now you need to still drag the track from browser with mouse to the playlist, and if you accidentally then double click, you need to browse to correct folder with mouse using the 'tree up' button.

It wouldn't be bad idea to have a 'home' button for browser tree controls as well, just to move it back to your 'songs folder' if you were somewhere else.
