Split Mixer Tracks Uses all RAM

Hi,

In my last project i came across a serious error.
When i try to export in split mixer track mode, all my RAM (16GB) seems to be in use.
It goes up to 99% and then i got an error message from Windows 7 and then it's freeze.

I thought might be a 3rd party plug in since i use a lot, so i start to render each channel and delete all unused files.
I end up deleting even my groups and everything, i kept only the send busses (delays/reverbs)
Tried also all the obvious, restart, power restart... etc.

I went to ~2,4 gb use of ram in the project so i started rendering again...
The windows manager RAM meter went crazy, it was read 300mb increasement per sec, maybe more while rendering.
It rendered the unused tracks of the mixer also.

So i started with a demo track to see whats gonna happen, it went from 30%null to 60%, the track was succesfully rendered though...
I use the feature all the time, never had this problem and i have deadlines for the tracks!

win7 x64 2600k
16gb ram
