Constant Beeping Noise when using Audio Interface ASIO4ALL

I've had this problem forever but it's just now starting to annoy me. Whenever I have FL Studio open and my input/output device is set to Avid Mbox Mini ASIO (64-Bit) or FL Studio ASIO, there is a very faint but on-going high frequency playing through my monitors. It's barely noticeable, but noticeable to the point where if I switch the input/output device to ASIO4ALL v2 it's relieving to my ears. My understanding is that using ASIO4ALL through your AUDIO INTERFACE (in my case the Mbox Mini) is the best option for performance, so I'd like to leave it on these settings, but any way to get rid of that ringing noise?
