Waves Plugins Will Not Read Successfully In FL Studio

HI just bought 2 new waves plug ins for my fl studio 12.4. I tried scanning them through the plugin manager and it only scans one of my waves Manny marroquin EQ but it will not scan the electric 200 piano or IM pusher. THese are all V9 plugins for waves! THe WAVES TECH SUPPORT said that FL Studio is not installed in the correct location which is why the plugins cannot be found and scanned so i can use it with Fl Studio!! What should I DO NOW Imageline tech support??

Please help me out ASAP!!
