Headphones/ External Speakers plugged in but FL Studios 12 Only Plays Out of Internal Computer Speakers

Hello Again Good People of Image Line!

I recently updated my sound driver and now I can only hear audio out of my internal computer speakers when using FL studios 12 even though I can hear music through my headphone port from youtube or other audio sources not related to FL studios. Please give me some advise how to go about solving this issue. Surfing on the web didn't get me the answer.
