FL Studio v12.5.1 Plugin Manager issue

FL Studio Plugin Manager is able to find all my installed VSTs/plugins, but most of the non-native ones are not available to be loaded (both generators and effects). This is terribly annoying as I can not use my favorite VSTs at all. Already tried resetting settings, re-installing FLS over the previous install with and without clearing settings, uninstalling with manual program folder wiping and installing a "fresh" copy of FLS. Nothing worked. Please help!
