Which audio output to use with a USB audio interface?

Which audio output to select with a USB audio interface
Specifically, the Behringer U-Phoria UM2


Hello.This is my first post.

I have been using FLstudio 64 bit on a
Paviliion dv7 notebook
WIndows 7 64 bit
16 gigs ram
Intel Core i7

So far I have been using asio4all. However, I recently purchased a behringer UM2 usb audio. I have 3 output options to use.

Speakers, (Behringer USB???),
ASIO4ALLv2, and
Behringer USB Audio

I have been using trial and searching the internet trying to find which is the recommended option and maybe some tips on the proper settings to reduce some latency. I don???t remember which, but some options had more latency than the others. I assumed that since Behringer provided asio4all drivers on the product support page that I am supposed to use that. I would appreciate any help out there. Thanks alot.
