Reg code access link not responding

When we go to our account and try to download a new reg code, it says to "click this link" and when we do it does nothing. This is beginning to bother me.
Your directions aren't clear, and your tone is demeaning. We purchased these products and have enjoyed using them. Perhaps you need to work on your
technical support and web design so that it works. Please send info about how to get the regcode that makes sense.
