DX-10 Sequenzer Crash

Hi,
after loading the DX-10 plug-in in my Projekt, Nuendo freezes completely?!
When i run the synth for the very first time, everything is ok.
But when i restart Windows, i cannot load the synth as described. After deinstalling and reinstalling the plug-in everything works fine til i restart my System?!

Somone with similar Problems?
