Please help! Fl studio/simple issues

I have to problems I can't seem to find the solution to.

First, I'm just using my keyboard to listen to keys on a synth or whatever. When I hit a note, the note stays held even when I'm not pressing the key. The only way to get it to stop is to select the stop button. I need to know
where I can turn this off!

Second, I've put a lot of sound packs such as drum kits, loops, etc on the browser / Plugin picker and I can't figure out how to delete them. I moved the folder to clean up my computer and they won't open anymore so I want to delete
the ones I can't use!
