Problem Opening Existing Projects

Hi,

I have recently purchased 'Garritan Instant Orchestra' which caters nicely for my lack of knowledge in orchestration and financial situation.....however I seem to be experiencing difficulty opening existing projects. Most of the instruments load up easily, however a few get stuck and cannot load. A white box pops up and I then have to close the program which allows the other instruments to load correctly. Unfortunately this then leaves that channel as lost...along with all my work in that channel.

Is this a compatibility problem? Is there a fix available for it?

I am worried that I could spend ages creating a song and then not be able to open all of it again because of this problem.

Can anyone help please?
