11 Producer Edition Generic Sample CD

I followed all the instructions to download and install the Generic Sample CD, which came with the Producer Edition. After installation was complete on the download manager, I opened FL studio and tried to access the files through DIRECT WAVE. However, it said that theres an empty browser and the bulk file cannot be opened. WHen trying to access the sounds through FL Studio itself, most of the files are inaccessible and folders are empty.

I know im being very vague here, but does anyone know how to solve this? (how to fully install and use all of the Generic samples)
