I have similar problems with Patcher... When using Patcher in small projects, everything goes well. But when I save a big project (with many other VSTi/VST) after adding an instance of Patcher, Patcher does not load when I re-open the project, no matter whether there are many or few or no plugins inside the Patcher instance.
(FL 11.1, Windows 7 64-bit, using FL FL with the normal shortcut and not the "compatible memory" one)
