Sounds Missing in Presets

Hi,

I'm pretty new to FL so I apologise if this sounds dumb.

I've watched Videos on YouTube and when they access their GMS for example and click on the program, their program bank is filled out with samples and mine are missing.

To access each sound I have to follow the below trail.

- Load
-C:Drive
- Program Files (x86)
- Image-Line
- FL Studio 11
- Plugins
- Fruity
- Generators
- GMS
- Synth Programs
- Basses

And then pick a sample, I have to do this everytime I want to hear a different sample.

Its probably something I've done but I really just want to crack on with trying to create something and its getting frustrating
