FL 64 Upgrade is not loading my projects

Hello. I installed the FL Studio 64 version, and now when I try load any of my old projects (in either the 64 or 32 bit version of FL), first off, several plugins show up as missing (Slayer2, Broomstick Bass, DbGlitch, etc., I have proper licenses for all my plugins), even though they are present, and I can add them through the Channel|Add button. Second, I get several IL Bridge errors (of the fatal "program has stopped working" type), one for each plug in. I am using the 64 bit version of several plugins, shouldn't they load natively in the 64 bit version of FL and not need IL bridge? At this point, I can't work on any of my existing music. I'm using Windows 7, and can provide any other info you need. I'm using several non IL plugins, would a test project still be any use to you?
