FL unable to read mp3 even after converted to raw wav?

Hi guys, been breaking my head trying to import some random samples in the past and getting similar results that until now have just given up with never understand why, believe me, tried it all, converting formats even using such products like Sony sound forge pro to many freeware tools with same results, Only Fl Studio cant interpret ?, so after spending a few hours once again at just trying to import this acapella from the net, i this time decided to reach out in hope that it will solve what i bet has gone quietly frustrating many lovers of fl such as my self....

i have attached the original mp3 and a re rendered ver out of Forge in a wav format and still fl cant read?...

love at least a reason for this fl specific weakness,,, Nothing else has any issues with either files?,

fyi, noticed that it lacks the typical header id tag of a typical audio mp3 file but even after correcting this fl still fails... im stumped.
