Freezing when using Ik multimedia plug-ins

Hi everyone, I have problem and was wondering if anyone else has experienced it. If while running fl studio 11 and I load sampletank 3 or amplitube and if I touch any controls the sound will freeze; but if I press stop and wait three seconds the sound will play fine until I touch another thing in either. It didn't use to do that with amplitube but now it does, and sampletank 3 is new and it has occured since day one, by the way sampletank 2.5 works perfectly. Would appreciate to know if I am alone or not. Thanks in advanced!

Does it still happen if you uncheck the option ...
