External Plugin Presets

Hi Guys,
I recently installed FL 64 bit and every time I try to load an External Preset the plugin crashes and I get the following message on screen. This happens with both FL and third party plugins. Internal Presets are fine. I made a new patch in MinimoogVA and saved it. When I tried to recall it the above happened, Any ideas?
