Migrating settings -> Render Quality defaults to 128sinc

When upgrading, or even installing the same version of 11.1.1 on top of itself, and selecting "Migrate Previous" for settings, it seems like everything goes... but the render quality, if mp3 is selected, is defaulted to 128 point sinc (I set it at 512). I'll probably have to redo some stuff. :O
