SampleTank 3 Slow Load Time

I'm using IK Multimedia SampleTank 3 and it has an extremely slow load time in VST3 and not in VST2. I think it's an issue with the wrapper or something else FL-related. Can somebody look into fixing this? From what I observe through task manager there's like a minute of high CPU with no disk movement. I've already contacted IK support about this and we tried all the normal things, such as drivers, reinstallation, cache clearing. They've stopped replying cause they're useless.
