Runtime Error in FL_11.1.1

Hello, I'm experiencing a runtime error that is preventing me from opening Fl 11. I first experience the error while downloading the demo (happens on both 11.1 & 11.1.1) when the installer is executing FL.exe/Setup (See attachment). After I click ok the installation continues until it's completed, but always crashes when giving me the information on FL studio Mobile. And even though the FL Studio Icons are present, they only give me the Runtime 216 error followed by an random assortment of numbers and letters.

* Also tried uninstalling and deleting previous FL files in the program files

* Even tried installation in Safe Mode, but to no avail
