Solo or muting multiple channels at once ?

Hello,

Is there a way that I can solo/mute multiple channels At once in the channel window/step sequencer window ? I just want to mute the tracks That contain VST's so that I don't have to go through the process of actually rendering them out,

And I have quite a few VST channels, so muting them one by one becomes time-consuming process and slows down the production process
