Latency compensation for external synth

Hi!

Just bought my first hardware/analog synth. (Sub 37)

When i use disk recording with the latency compensation on FL lines it up perfect. But monitoring along with a project is a real hassle. The synth is late.

Is there any way to have it line up in sync with the project when monitoring? Manual or automatic. This have been driving me crazy for two days now... (i now i could use direct monitor on the audio interface but that will be without fx and that is not an option)

Any help appreciated!
